SUMMER OF CHAMPAGNE
The Summer of 2023 in has been declared, "The Summer of Champagne!" We will be offering a multitude of ways to help you celebrate.
First, the party that stared it all, Champagne Happy Hour. A monthly event featuring new and exciting Champagne producers at some of the most exciting venues in the city of Chicago.
Second, Champagne Study Hall. A chance to sit and sip on a few new favorite bottles in a slightly more studious environment. Monthly classes led by Steve and Garth at the fabulous wine shop, BottlesUp!
Third, an exciting, we can't quite announce it yet but sure to be a great way to indulge in all things Summer of Champagne event. Stay tuned for more soon.
Finally, the re-birth of cool, Chicago Champagne Week. you thought what we did in 2019 was big, wait for this year's festivities.

Fall 2023 - CHICAGO CHAMPAGNE WEEK
Champagne is a complex and exciting subject and every month we dive in to a different part of our favorite wine growing region. We approach each class with an eye to making it fun, informative and interactive. In each study hall we taste new champagnes and discuss current events as well as history and tradition.

CHAMPAGNE WEEK
Chicago Champagne Week is a time for everyone to revel in their mutual desire to drink more Champagne. In 2019 the momentum of Champagne Happy Hour made it obvious that we needed to up the ante. We launched Chicago Champagne Week and partnered with 44 of the best restaurants in the city to pour 58 different Champagne producers for 10 days. The 10 day celebration also included Champagne dinners and special educational seminars. Our Champagne Happy Hour that month took place with over 300 attendees, 80 Champagne producers and over 100 different cuvées.
